BMC provided timely and cost effective solution to my HVAC crisis. As a property manager, I need 100% up time for my tenants. I received a call from a tenant stating the a/c unit was no longer blowing cold air and DC was in a heat-wave. BMC dispatched a competent team of two technicians that quickly diagnosed that the unit had a catastrophic failure due to the prior owner not changing air filters. BMC provided a new a/c unit solution installed in record speed at a very competitive rate. Beth, the manager, was a phone call away who worked the solution, kept me informed, and provided registration card and warranty materials. BMC is a member of my solution team and I recommend them for your HVAC needs; regularly scheduled maintenance or crisis mode.

As is the case with most good contractors you meet, I received your company's name as a referral from a friend in the construction industry. When I first hired your company to complete the installation of the HVAC system in my home in Northeast DC, your price seemed reasonable and with high praise from Ethan, I decided to proceed. While the job ended up being much more difficult than you had anticipated, you completed the job with a high regard for quality. Mark suggested that I consider a multi-zone system with automatic damper controls which added a relatively small amount to the overall job. I can't imagine not having the multi-zone system at this point. It has increased the efficiency and overall comfort provided by the HVAC system and I credit BMC for delivering this finished product to me.
In the years since you installed the system in my home Beth and Mark have been very easy and friendly to deal with. You have performed significant work on at least one other occasion and that work too was performed in a high quality manner. Beth is always responsive and easy to deal with and makes the entire process easier to manage.
