This is a preventative maintenance agreement. It includes two maintenance inspections annually: spring and fall on covered equipment. Agreements can be written to include humidifiers, air cleaners and damper systems. Maintenance agreements provide preferred service/scheduling over non-contract customers. They provide proper factory recommended care for peak efficiency. This prolongs equipment life by preventing excessive wear. All parts and labor beyond the scope of general maintenance will be discounted by 10%.
Additional Charges
- Replacement of R22 or 410A refrigeration
- Replacement Media Air Filters or humidifier pads
- Cleaning of indoor or outdoor coil
- Replacement parts if needed
